1 Ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and day to day monitoring of same
2 Targets - Distribution/ Strategies/Corporate sales
3 Appraisals of all the employees
4 Approvals of all leaves and permissions
5 Arranging Training of all departments
6 Conducting meetings- All staff,departmental meetings etc as scheduled
7 Daily reviews- dail cash reports
8 Ensure implementation of club rules and regulations and discipline in the organisation
9 Establish and monitor the club budget
10 Review profit and loss statement reports monthly
11 Employee satisfaction and team building
12 Must be flexible and have Boldness to meet the challenges.
