Location:Coimbatore

Salary :Negotiable

Job summary: Responsible for Branch admin activities like office administration & Maintenance etc.

Essential duties and Responsibilities (others may be assigned)
Responsible for office administration and Maintenance.
Ensuring cost control measures for Mobile bills/ data cards, utilities etc.
Coordinate with Corporate HR &Admin for any employee grievances and follow their instruction accordingly.
Responsible for vendor management like Courier, housekeeping etc., coordinate and give proper instruction to them.
Coordinate with HR & Sr. HR manager for employee engagement activity viz: arrange get together, organizing

birthday celebration etc.

To Maintain Visitors, inward & outward register.
Maintain the record of the jobs which go out of office.
Generate the Challans of the jobs in MIS to generate invoices by the Accounts.
Supervise Dispatch Team.
Guest house maintenance
Maintenance of accounts & remittance of vouchers

Education and experience:

You have got a graduate degree in any related field and completed at least 3 years of experience in Admin Dept. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Language skills:

Good communication and reporting skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
