Description:
Assignment Background To perform VPPA (Virtual Process Planning & Assembly Validation) activities with Advanced Software Application Tools
Key Performance expectations from the job
• To utilize effectively the practical experience in Process Assembly area
• To understand the Software Tools and System in short time span
Hands on experience required from the previous jobs
• Having exposed to Process Planning and Assembly of Automobile/Machinery/Aircraft/Engineering Products
• Knowledge in preparing Process Sheets, Tool Selection, Image Documents
• Worked on Time Study and Method Study and New Product Launch activities
• Aware about the Quality tools like APQP, PFMEA, PAPP, Control Plan and Process Flow Charts • Worked on PokaYoke, Kaizen, Low Cost Automation
