Requirements for the candidate

•    Should be male with age between 35 – 45 years.
•    Engineering graduate with experience in production.
•    Should be familiar with factory licenses and statutory compliance
•    Should posses good communication, coordination and manpower management skill.
•    Ability too understand machineries and to maintain them.
•    Should be able to read and write English / Tamil / Hindi.

The pay package what we have planned for this candidate is

Basic                                                        10,000/-
HRA                                                          6,000/-
Conveyance                                                2,000/-
Others                                                       2,000/-
Total                                                         20,000

Other Benefits include

•     PF contribution by the company.
•    Bonus which is a minimum of one month salary.
