• Finishing Manager:

1.Job Profile:
Independent in charge Finishing Dept as Finishing Manager. of the unit.
Experience of 5 years and above in Spinning Dept/Thread Finishing unit.
Experience in yarn winding machines is must.
Should be good technician with shop floor experience in handling workers
through a team of supervisors is required.
Should be good technician with shop floor experience
Good exposure to machines like SSM soft package m/c,PS Metler,hacoba
Thread winding machine,Reshmi cone /Thread wdg m/c  is required.
Should have knowledge in textile winding m/c ,Thread winding m/c
Like hacoba,SSM winding/c is desirable.
Responsible for meeting production targets, quality and worker productivity.

2.Qualifications:
B.Tech or BE in Textile technology, Spinning Technology/
candidate with Diploma but good exposure at senior level in Spinning
Winding dept may be considered.

3.CTC :
Rs 2.0 lacs - Rs 2.3 lacs

• Electrical Engineer:

1.Job Profile:
Independent in charge Electrical Engineer of the unit.
Experience of 5 years and above in textile unit/Textile processing unit.
Experience in Transformer ,DG set, is required.
Since all production machines like Dyeing m/c are electronic based
Computer operated m/c -experience in those m/c is must.
Should be good technician with shop floor experience
Good exposure ISO ,TOM and quality control systems.
Team player and good in computers.
Should have knowledge in textile winding m/c ,Thread winding m/c
Like hacoba,SSM winding/c is desirable.
Experience in Lab Testing equipments maintenance & service is must
m/c are Premier yarn tester, Color matching booth, hang Xiao dyeing m.c
is preferred.


2.Qualifications:
B.Tech or BE in Electrical & Electronics  Engineering
B.E Electrical Engg is OK but exposure to electronics is desired.

3.CTC :
Rs 2.3 lacs

• Plant Engineer /Mechanical Engineer:

1.Job Profile:
Independent in charge as  Plant Engineer
All maintenance staff /supervisors will report to him.
Experience of 5 years and above in textile unit/spinning mill
Experience in Boiler ( Fire wood) Softening plant, Dyeing machines
winding machine,ETP  is required..
Exposure to TOM /ISO is preferred.
Knowledge of computer environment is must.
Typical exposure to dyeing/textile processing units is preferable.


2.Qualifications:
B.Tech or BE Mechanical  Engineering

Exposure to all Textile processing machines along with
utilities like Boiler, heat recovery plant, Softening plant ,ETP is reqd.


3.CTC :
Rs 2.3 lacs

• QC and R&D incharge:

1.Job Profile:
Independent in charge for quality testing,control .
He should have experience in Spinning mill for testing yarns,threads
Experience of2-3 years and above in textile unit/spinning mill
Experience in testing equipments like Premier Uster,Length testing
winding machine,testing of input dyes & chemicals
Exposure for online products in process checking with knowldege QC systems.
Knowledge of computer environment is must.
Typical exposure to dyeing/textile processing units is preferable.
All Raw material testing,input material like packing is prefered.
He will in officer or executive cadre depends on experience

2.Qualifications:
B.Tech In Textile tech,Tex Chemistry.
Exposure to all Textile processing /Spinning testing equipments is must.
Diploma candidates with experience in QC is OK
age -25-28


3.CTC :
Rs 1.20 -Rs 1.40
