Job Responsibilities:

Manages one or more groups of employees engaged in product development and support activity such as engineering services, product development, product documentation, certification, customer technical training, pre sale or post sale product support to field service engineers, or internal information systems and networks.

• Manager Technical would be responsible for the deliverable of the team.
• Team may consist of 4-10 engineering / software professionals.
• This role expects micro / lower level supervision.

Specific details of job role are given as under:

• Receives assignments and negotiates target dates with higher management /customers
• Ensures Technical and /or administrative activities proceed according to schedule and Technical requirements. Frequent interaction with persons working directly to ensure effective coordination of groups assignments.
• Recommends salary changes, promotions, terminations, and leaves of absence.
• Manages one or more groups of employees engaged in product development and support.
• Responsible for review and evaluation of work performance of subordinates.
• Implements and administers Company Policies and Procedures.

Will perform other reasonable and related duties.  The company reserves the right to change duties as requirement dictates.

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering (Any Specialization).
• Should have good experience in .NET Framework Or C/C++, COM/MFC/ATL
• Should have worked as a Technical Manager or a Project Manager in the past 3 – 4 yrs.

Work Location: Hyderabad.

Salary: 9.0 Lacs to 20 Lacs / Annum
