Skills Set required:
• Strong experience in development of best of breed software products
• Design and development of Enterprise Class software systems
• Strong technical skills in design and coding of database or web based technologies
• Experience in product development life cycle and configuration management
• Exposure to Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Mashups
• Experience in ‘product and release management’ process
• Strong experience in software product development for SaaS and Cloud computing environments
• Exposure to SCM/ERP domain knowledge is desired but not required
• Ability to independently manage development teams to create new software products and deliver on-time
• Familiar with XP and Rapid Application Development methodology and tools

Qualification:
• BE/MCA/MBA (Systems) degree from a premier College or Institute
• 10 -12 years of relevant experience in working with a product / software development environment
• Involved in large development and deployment projects
• .NET and Oracle 11g/10g experience
• Strong experience working with a leading software product company in R&D team
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• International exposure is preferred

Skills Set required:
Strong technical skills in design and coding of database or web based technologies
Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into a solution which could be delivered using onsite-offshore service delivery models
Ability to lead the implementation team with solution architecture and implementation plan
Strong Client Management and resource management skills
Experience in setting expectations with the client in terms of delivery schedule, scope management and project specific SLAs
Experience in leading day-to-day management of projects
Exposure to SCM/ERP domain knowledge
Ability to manage ‘Project documentation’ and ‘knowledge management’ activities
Experience in organizing User Manuals and Trainings
Exposure to quality frameworks like ISO,CMM processes
Preference will be given to PMP certified candidates

Exposure to proven methodologies of data collection and data processing
Exposure to Inventory planning and management systems
Should have good contacts with Transportation & Shipping industry
