SALEM JOBS- AREA SALES MANAGER, FMCG

Desired Profile:

- Any Graduate with 5 – 8 years of hands on experience in sales of any FMCG products
- Age would be around 30 – 35 Yrs
- Candidates from FMCG industry preferred
- Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Should have good Leadership qualities to drive the sales force

Location:
- Salem , Local candidates preferred

 

The basic functions:

  • In charge for the entire Territory Sales Planning and Budgeting.
  • Adequate knowledge about the market outlets and market conditions.
  • Responsible for all sales promotional activities and brand image.
  • Responsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets SK wise, distributor wise and brand wise.
  • Monitoring the work of Sales Representatives and ISR’s in his territory.
  • Coordinate with sales force for achieving sales targets.
  • Ensures the availability and visibility of all our products in the outlets.
  • Responsible for strengthening the existing distributor chain and appoint new RDS.
  • Responsible for reviewing the Monthly Sales Plans
  • Responsible to see that our products reach the consumer in a proper condition.

 


Points to Note:

- Should be stable through out his career on a maximum of one or two organization.
- The candidate should be in good health
